What do customers need to know about how and when you deliver firewood
Customers frequently ask about: delivery cost per km, what types of wood are available, where the wood is grown and sourced, our location, and the minimum delivery m3.
Customers need to provide a clear address for delivery. We only deliver after payment is received. We are based in South Waikato. Firewood is tipped off, not stacked away. Delivery is free in Waipa and South Waikato. Delivery outside these areas is $1.20 per km.

Yes it will but we can negotiate a better price for unseasoned wood if you have the space and time to take it before the cold kicks in

Do you have any quick tips for customers to get the best burn from your Kanuka Downs firewood?
Keep wood dry after delivery. Use the small chips as kindling. Start the fire off strongly to get the home up to temperature, then just add pieces to the embers to maintain a constant temperature.
