How much firewood do I get?
The minimum order is 3 cubic metres, with the option to add as many additional cubic metres as required.
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Firstly, customers need to ensure they provide a clear address for delivery.
We are based in Putaruru, South Waikato and offer free delivery throughout the Waipa and South Waikato area with an additional charges beyond this area. Firewood will be tipped off the trailer upon delivery, not stacked away. You will be able to choose your delivery method at the checkout.

Will firewood be dry or seasoned upon delivery?
Yes it will be, but we can negotiate a better price for unseasoned wood if you have the space and time to take it before the cold kicks in. Contact us for more info.
How can I get the best burn from Kanuka Downs Firewood?
Getting a good burn is easy: keep wood dry after delivery. Use the small chips as kindling. Start the fire off strongly to get the home up to temperature, then just add pieces to the embers to maintain a constant temperature.
What is the minimum size load of firewood?
3 cubic meters is minimum order within the free delivery zone.
